Marie-Amélie Giamarchi

I’m a full time Lino Artist from Toulouse, France.

I grew up between the beautiful Aubrac area and the Mediterranean island of Corsica where I take my inspiration from. Nature, mythology but also  Grimms and Andersen tales are my main inspiration.
I studied Fashion design in London and came across printmaking during my foundation year. I started with silk screen printing but fell in love with lino carving.
As far as I remember I’ve been fascinated by vintage patterns, old wallpapers and I love designing and printing both paper and fabrics.
