Spend a day turning your attention to your sense of touch. Explore finding images from a playful series of prompts/constraints while touching ink to paper and using materials, textures and tools that are hand-friendly. During this Workshop/Touch Laboratory students will learn ways of making charcoal rubbings and transfer drawings, and then printing those ephemeral recordings of touch. There will be time to print using stencils and masks based on how an edge feels and let your curiosity guide your process.
